“ Not too happy.. We came in to get a repair and a hitch installed on a 2026 Grand Highlander. The hitch is now installed, and a new bumper... But all and sensors are falling out and they left the mud flaps unsecured! One of the mudflaps would have been gone if i didnt notice it right away! We paid a little over 3k for everything, 7hrs of work.. which is double time it should have taken, and the quality of the repair is something you would expect from a teen learning... With this quality... I dont even know if I can trust the hitch... the bumper is literally falling apart after 1 day... No wonder the it took so many hours to install, I dont think the mechanic knows how to push clips in, or screw in screws.... I should have just done the repair myself, it would have saved me 2k and I would have done a way better job.. I spent an hour of my own time fixing the sensors and mudflaps THE DAY AFTER getting the exact issue "repaired"... They also added a kick sensor we never asked for... I feel completely ripped off! Terrible repair quality and double labor pricing... Makes me want to avoid going here for any repairs. ”
