I recently had an outstanding experience with El Cajon Toyota that turned a frustrating vehicle issue into two incredibly positive customer service experiences. I purchased an older used Toyota nearly two years ago, and it has been a great vehicle. Recently, the check engine light kept coming on because the car needed a new catalytic converter. To make things more complicated, the identifying sticker was missing, and there are multiple catalytic converter options for California vehicles. Thankfully, Dan Calderon quickly helped identify the correct part and got it for me at a great price. He then personally introduced me to Anthony Arroyo (pictured below) the Assistant Service Manager, who provided a service quote that was even better than I expected. From start to finish, the service was truly top-notch and felt like white-glove treatment. The communication was excellent, the process was seamless, and I had my vehicle back fully repaired within 24 hours. I’m beyond satisfied and extremely grateful for the level of care and professionalism I received. I had an excellent experience working with Jacob Martin at Toyota of El Cajon. He helped me get set up with the 5-oil-change package deal and also identified that my car needed an alignment and two new tires. I usually prefer to replace all four tires at once, and Jacob gave great advice and helped me get four new tires with a 65K-mile warranty, along with the alignment and oil change all completed in the same visit. Jacob was knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car!
